Our Services. The Raven Carrier delivers Move-In Services, Move-Out Services, Package Delivery, Furniture Delivery, Appliance Delivery. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://theravencarrierga.com is the property of The Raven Carrier or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination. The Raven Carrier may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Warranty Disclaimer. The Raven Carrier makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of The Raven Carrier arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Raven Carrier from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under GA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in GA for any related dispute.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
